There is one Velux and one dormer window giving to a courtyard in each room.

Offering and warm and cosy decor, the apartment is made up of a living room with dining area, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed (63X79"-160X200CM) and wardrobes, a bathroom with a large shower, toilet, washbasin and washer-dryer.

A sofa bed will provide additional sleeping space (55X79"-140X200CM) allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four adults (maximum allowance).

The rental price includes water and electricity usage, WiFi access, supply of towels and bed sheets. There are mandatory additional charges (not included in rental price and due upon arrival) for end of stay cleaning (50€) and tourist tax (1,40 €/day/person from October to March and 1,50 €/day/person from April to September to March, except for children).

Upon request and for an additional fee (subject to availability), we can provide you with a foldable baby bed with foam mattress and bed linen.
