Ideally located in the residential "Carré d'Or" neighbourhood, within the heart of Nice city center, this 45M2 apartment was completely renovated in a very contemporary and cozy style. Fitted for 4 people, it is fully air-conditioned and has free WIFI internet connection.

Under the rooftops and on the 5th and last floor of the building, the apartment is quiet.

High-end shops and restaurants are just a few steps from the building. The Promenade des Anglais and its famous beaches are just two blocks away. The Old Town (Vieux-Nice) is a 10-minute walk only.

The apartment is located near public transport stops:
- nearest tram station: 5 minutes walking,
- nearest bus stop: 2 minutes walking,
- Nice-Ville main train station: 10 minutes walking.

The apartment is furnished with all that one may need and comes with a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living-dining room with a sofa bed (140x190CM pull out sofa bed), a bathroom with shower and a bedroom (160X200Cm bed) including an office corner.

The rental rates include water and electricity consumption, free Wifi internet access, towels and bed sheets. However, end of stay cleaning fee (60€ per stay) as well as tourist tax (0,80€/day/person except for children) are not included in the rental rates.

Upon request and for an additional fee (20 €/stay), we can provide you with a foldable baby bed with foam mattress and bed linen.

Useful information :
- the shower has a maximum height of 1.90 m,
- the apartment is on the 5th and last floor of the building. The elevator reaches the 4th floor, there is then a flight of steps to reach the apartment (the last 15 being a bit steep). For this reason, the apartment is unfortunately not adapted to mobility-impaired or disabled persons.
